Open call for projects under DHI subsidy scheme

The call for projects under the DHI instrument (demonstration projects, feasibility studies and investment preparation studies) is currently open, until 29 March.

The DHI scheme is designed for support of Dutch enterprises that would like to invest in or execute a project abroad.

The DHI scheme consists of 3 modules:

  • Demonstration projects: demonstration of a technology, capital good or service in one of the DHI countries to convince potential foreign buyers of the added value of their technology.
  • Feasibility studies: assessment of the technical and/or commercial profitability of an investment by a potential foreign buyer in a product or service.
  • Investment preparation studies: assessment of the technical and/or commercial profitability of an investment in a company in one of the DHI countries.

With the DHI scheme, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs wants to increase and strengthen the number of Dutch companies operating successfully in emerging markets and developing countries. By doing so, the ministry is making a positive contribution towards sustainable local improvements in developing countries.
